Walk-ins are always welcome at Finn Care Veterinary. No appointment is needed for a free initial check. However, if you want a guaranteed time slot with Dr. Finn, we recommend booking via this form or calling us directly.

We keep same-day slots available specifically for sick and urgent cases. If your pet is unwell, call us first thing in the morning at (315) 408-4112 and we will do our very best to see them the same day.

Yes! Dr. Finn has experience treating a wide range of species including rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, and other exotic pets. Call us to confirm availability for your specific pet before visiting.

Please bring any previous vaccination records or medical history for your pet if available. Also bring your pet's current food if you have nutritional questions. For cats and small animals, please bring them in a secure carrier.

We understand vet bills can be unexpected. Please speak with our front desk team about payment options — we do our best to work with pet owners and can discuss flexible arrangements for larger treatment costs.
